  These free templates (Gantt Charts) of student schedules and projects can be very useful for planning your own career or student project.  Templates of schedules and projects indicate common tasks and milestones and the dependencies between them.

We suggest that you study and then modify one of these timelines  (Gantt Charts)  for the graphical representation of your own career or student project data.
A sample Project Plan
  Help-U-Plan's free and easy-to-use Workspace can serve as your own software for managing student schedules and projects.  Create a daily schedule of your classes and class times,  and post the graphic so it is available for a quick reminder.  Create a history timeline of your important sequence classes to show a history of progress through your academic adventures. 

If you are teaching,  perhaps a Gantt Chart can be useful in presenting a lesson plan to your students.  Use one of our empty timelines as your lesson plan template.  Students wanting to do graduate study may find our grant application template valuable in guiding a grant application project.  Our grant application template is available in either forward or backward planning mode.

You may need nothing more than our online Gantt Chart creator to communicate with associates about your collaborative student project,  and with others involved or interested  (instructors,  parents,  friends,  etc).  We have designed the chart to be as intuitive and clear as possible,  believing that extensive detail is only confusing to most persons unless they are intimately associated with the project.

In our experience with projects,  it is the major tasks and milestones,  their relationship to one another,  and their relationship to the timeline  (timescale)  that is most important to senior management.  Benefit from the experience of others,  and use our student schedule and project templates to develop a graphic which can help you communicate,  collaborate,  and succeed in your own project effort.

   Instructions:
   1.  Choose an example template or timeline:
         These templates (gantt charts) are usable.
         Find the closest example to your planning  (plan)  or scheduling  (schedule)  needs.
         Remember that everything can be modified by you  (everything:  the title,  tasks,  number of tasks,
         the numbers themselves,  the timeline names,  the number of timelines,  task durations,
         task dependencies,  start dates,  milestones,  colors,  everything)

   2.  Click the 'Take to Help-U-Plan Workspace' button:
         If you want to use an existing template  (chart, schedule, plan),  and are more comfortable
         following an example,  then select a template from the 'Example template' area.
         If you just want an empty chart with titles,  then choose a  'Example Timeline Template'.
         Once you have a template or timeline highlighted in one of the dropdown lists,  then press
         'Take to HelpUPlan Workspace'.  That page will show you the template you selected,  and
         it will also show you tabs which allow you to modify everything.
