Yes, all business buildings need to be handicap-accessible. Existing buildings need to be modified to the extent that it is economically feasible. Here is a sample chart of how to make it accessible.
This is a Gantt Chart of the construction process for making an existing building accessible.
Help-U-Plan allows you, for free, to do planning using this template.
Modify it to fit your requirements. It is useful for your planning, and for your communication with General Contractors, Courts, Attorneys, Managers, Owners, Employees, etc.
You can modify what the project tasks are, and when they get done.
The Gantt Chart has unique management planning abilities; see bottom of page.
The Gantt Chart template below was made as an example. If it is similar to your requirements, take it to the Workspace and click on the tab. The bottom of the Workspace page will have data similar to a spreadsheet. This data is used to make the Gantt Chart. Modify the data and it will modify the Gantt Chart. This data may all be changed to fit your needs. Everything can be changed; use the tabs.
Or simply create a new chart (go to the tab).

ACCESSIBILITY REMODEL FOR A BUSINESS BUILDING
about the Workspace
Unique abilities of the Help-U-Plan Gantt Chart
1) Not date/time driven; you can assign column headings with names like DAY1, DAY2, etc.
Be clever and you can avoid missing a deadline by avoiding naming the specific date
2) If a given date or time is really a deadline, HUP will do backward planning. It does planning in reverse.
You enter the deadline, then you enter tasks and durations necessary 'backwards'. HUP does it for you.
3) Planning can answer 'WHAT IF?' questions. For example, if you change the duration of a task,
the following dependent tasks will automatically shift forwards or backwards.
4) The one page presentation concept of the HUP Gantt Chart is especially useful for planning systems like
LEAN MANUFACTURING. In this and similar planning services, you use one small chart to
show the overall phases of planning (top level), use other charts to show the top level of each phase.
Finally use a chart with ALL the detail necessary for a manageable subset. This detail chart may be
a single department, a two week period, or any more controllable portion of the overall project plan.
As details change such as: subcontractors, projects, tasks, etc, you just modify one small chart!!!
